Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Summary: 

The Account Manager - Digital Marketing is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, maintaining regular communication to manage expectations and deliverables.  

- Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives, including SEO, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, analytics, and development) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.  

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients to optimize results.  

- Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources across digital channels.  

- Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, metrics, and analytics to clients, demonstrating ROI and strategic value.  

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.  

- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to upsell or cross-sell additional services.  

- Address client concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and work proactively to resolve any issues.  

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.  

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1  year in a client-facing or account management role.  

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).  

- Proven track record of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.  

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.  

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.  

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).  


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.  

- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
